Use This Exercise:


  1. To not only counteract lack of confidence, feelings of shame and self-disgust, and confusion about who you truly are, but to truly fully and to love and accept your every part of your personality and selfhood as profoundly loveable, unique, and important.
  2. To clarify your personal identity by focusing on what you intuitively know about yourself, which may, at times, deepen to include an understanding of previous lifetimes or incarnations.
